There is nothing I love more than coming home from work and getting to photograph a brand new bundle of joy.  First time parents are always the best, the pride and excitement in their face makes me so happy that they chose me to capture the sweetness of their baby in a time when they change every single day.  I’m honored, giddy with excitement.  And when I caught a glimpse of Athena, I sighed.  Oh what a sweetheart, and gorgeous little chub.  She was an angel, slept peacefully and let me move her around all I wanted.  Sigh.  I love my job.

I’m so excited to finally blog these three gorgeous newborns!  I’m out of commission right now due to surgery, but hope to be back in the swing of things this weekend.

This little guy was just so well behaved, easy, and adorable!  I love those big cheesy grins!

Little Kaleb is my gorgeous new nephew!  I must say, my family can make some handsome little boys (and boys are all we can make!) because I have 3 of the most adorable little nephews on the planet.  Welcome to the world “Baby Kay-eb” (as Aidan says) – You’ll have plenty of boys to play with. We’re working on our very own Horne Basketball Team.

Its few and far between to find a family who are doing it the old fashioned way–that is, waiting until the birth to know the gender of the baby.  Part of me wished I did that with my own–what a huge surprise!  But the shop-a-holic part of me would never make it.  Congratulations to the P family for their new surprise bundle!

Baby Bryce will be making his grand entrance very soon, and I can’t wait to meet the little guy!  Thank you P for yet again letting me photograph you, it was a pleasure!
