I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! It was nice to take a break, step away, and spend time with Aidan for a week. Santa brought Aidan a Thomas the Train table and tons of stuff for it, and it has been a hit at this house. I don’t think Aidan has walked away from it since it got here. It is our new coffee table–what other awesome coffee table would a 2 year old pick out?
I’m back to the grind of editing again, and thanks to the month off except for newborns–I have lots of beautiful babies to edit! Here is the first of a line coming up–sweet baby Emily.
This sweet little boy has been blessed with two of the sweetest parents on earth. I am so happy for you H and J for your new bundle of joy. I can’t wait to spend the next year watching him grow!

Little Clara still didn’t sleep, well only for a minute (literally). But she is just gorgeous enough, with her giant alert eyes, that it was just fine with me. We still got the cute shots I would have loved! To J and S, and even big sis J, I hope that these pictures turned out how you would have wanted them.

I always like to award each of the beautiful newborns I meet with a “Title”. Of all of them, Baby C wins the Feisty award. You know, the little ones are always the fiestiest. Bring me a 9lb’r and that rascal will sleep like a log. Bring me sweet little 6 pound baby C, and you get 3 hours of awake!
I’m going to try again tomorrow, but I couldn’t resist posting the very only picture that little C would let me take of her.
I have enjoyed this year of photographing sweet Addison and watching her grow up. She is such a beautiful baby!
