Oh baby Piper is so cute and dainty–just like her big sister!  I’ve been anxiously awaiting this one’s arrival for a while!

Baby Kasten is brand new–3 days new.  This mom has my heart–she booked me before Miss Kasten was born, then came by 3 days after her birth.  Let me tell you, the difference between a 3 day old baby and a 14 day old baby is like night and day.  Kasten is the youngest newborn I have ever photographed, and she was just as sleepy and easy as pie.  Her sweet tininess and daintiness was captured in these first few days of life, and I couldn’t have had a better time doing it.  Congratulations to the W family on the birth of your little princess!

Baby Guiliana gave me a run for my money – but isn’t she so beautiful!  I have known her mommy since her mommy was young…and boy does that make me feel old.  Congratulations C and D on your beautiful new baby girl!

Wow, what a sweetheart this little guy is!  He was a perfect angel for me today, just as the last couple of newborns have been for me.  Colby’s mom is one of the NICU angels who I adore, who had a hand in the miracle that is my son.  Enjoy your sneak peek, S family!

I’ve been excited about blogging little Maddie and Aidan’s sessions!  These two kids are seriously gorgeous, and I look forward to watching them continue to grow!  I first met Maddie last summer and this summer she became a big sister!  She is the easiest 2 year old I believe I’ve ever photographed–she is just a natural!  And she was the first to get to model my new Matilda Jane clothing I’ve been collecting for the children I photograph.  I would borrow these two kids every day if I could!

Meet Mr. Aiden…

There is nothing I love more than coming home from work and getting to photograph a brand new bundle of joy.  First time parents are always the best, the pride and excitement in their face makes me so happy that they chose me to capture the sweetness of their baby in a time when they change every single day.  I’m honored, giddy with excitement.  And when I caught a glimpse of Athena, I sighed.  Oh what a sweetheart, and gorgeous little chub.  She was an angel, slept peacefully and let me move her around all I wanted.  Sigh.  I love my job.
